We have the courier and parcel company Fedex, which will be the default shipping option in the purchase process.
PROCESS:
- Once your order is received, the shipment takes 24 hours to process on business days (Monday to Friday).
- In case of placing an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the shipment will be processed on Monday, since parcels do not operate on weekends.
- The guide number of your order will be available 24 to 48 hours after the payment has been reflected in ARTHEMISA's bank account, and will be sent to you via email.
- Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Mexican holiday will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped on Mexican holidays.
LIABILITY EXCLUSION:
In any case, our company is not responsible for any delay or external conditions that make it impossible to meet estimated delivery dates.
Any delivery problem must be resolved between the client and the courier company, ARTHEMISA serving only as support to facilitate the claim process.
In the event of loss during transport, ARTHEMISA does not undertake to replace the customer with the products included in the order. The merchandise travels at the expense and risk of the buyer.
ARTHEMISA reserves the right to use other means to deliver your orders in case of any contingency.
DELIVERIES WITHIN MEXICO:
- Simple with an approximate duration of 3 to 5 business days from the moment the deposit is reflected in the ARTHEMISA Bank account.
- Express with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days from the time the deposit is reflected in the ARTHEMISA Bank account.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE MEXICO:
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination in case of requesting shipping outside the country (Mexico).
