We have the courier and package delivery company FedEx, which will be the default shipping option during the purchase process.

If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the shipment will be processed on Monday, as courier services do not operate on weekends.
The tracking number for your order will be available 24 to 48 hours after the payment is reflected in ARTHEMISA's bank account, and it will be sent to you via email.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Mexican holidays will be processed on the following business day.
No orders are shipped on Mexican holidays.

Any issues with the delivery must be resolved between the customer and the courier company, with ARTHEMISA only providing support to facilitate the claim process.

Express delivery with an estimated time of 1 to 3 business days from the time the payment is reflected in ARTHEMISA's bank account.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF MEXICO:
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination if you request shipping outside the country (Mexico).
