CHANGES AND REFUNDS:
When purchasing any of our products, the customer assumes responsibility for ensuring that the item is suitable in terms of color, style, size, finish, etc. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read the characteristics and specifications of the product before placing your order. Due to the nature of our products, ARTHEMISA WILL NOT UNDERTAKE any changes or refunds under any circumstances for the amount paid.
Once the purchase is completed and payment has been made, it will not be possible to cancel an order.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
At the time of packing a product, ARTHEMISA ensures its quality. That's why your item comes with an authenticity certificate (included upon receiving your purchase) that guarantees your product against any manufacturing defects. However, in the event of any defect, the product will be replaced with an identical or equivalent one, or a store credit will be issued if applicable.
Due to the nature of our products, ARTHEMISA WILL NOT UNDERTAKE any changes or refunds under any circumstances for the amount paid.
REQUIREMENTS:
To avail the warranty, the customer has a 30-day period starting from the date of purchase.
It is necessary to have the authenticity certificate to validate the warranty.
The damaged accessory must be returned to ARTHEMISA (with the shipping costs covered by ARTHEMISA). Once the damaged product is received, the warranty process will continue.
* The presence of imperfections in natural leathers, such as marks, variations in tone, or other slightly contrasting dye halo, does not constitute a defect; instead, it guarantees the authenticity and quality of the leather.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by writing to sales@arthemisa.com.mx. Attach a photo of your certificate and the damage to the accessory, along with a contact phone number in case we need to reach you.
Upon receiving the email, we will proceed with an analysis of the specific case, and if it is a manufacturing defect, we will get in touch to explain the exchange process.
